Yǐngchéng — a haunted Eastern city shrouded in mist and crimson light.
Plot
Hidden deep within the mountains lies Yǐngchéng—the “Shadow City,” abandoned for centuries yet never truly silent. Legends speak of a great betrayal that cursed the land, binding restless spirits to its crimson-lit streets. As the mists thicken and the old pagodas glow with an unnatural fire, a lone wanderer enters the city’s gates. To uncover the truth, they must piece together the fragments of history, confront the spectral guardians, and decide whether Yǐngchéng will be freed from its curse or remain forever a city of shadows.
What we achieved
In Yǐngchéng, we started from blockout and level design, shaping an authentic Eastern-inspired environment. Through refined composition and atmospheric lighting, every street and pagoda was brought to life with depth and mood. Careful coloring and immersive fog effects enhanced the cinematic tone, while precise optimization ensured a seamless visual journey.
